LevelUp: Body Tracking Fitness

Mohamed Maache ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") built the LevelUp: Body Tracking Fitness application ("App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name (if you choose to share it) and email address (or an Apple relay email if you choose to hide your email). We use this information to create and manage your account.
• Fitness Data: Exercise performance data including rep counts, XP earned, and workout history. This data is associated with your account to track your progress.
• Device Information: Basic device information such as device model and operating system version, used to ensure app compatibility and improve performance.

2. Camera Usage

Camera access is only active during exercise sessions and can be revoked at any time through your device settings. The camera is used solely to detect body landmarks for tracking exercise form and counting repetitions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Track your fitness progress, including XP, levels, and workout history
• Provide and improve the App's features and functionality
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Sign in with Apple

We offer Sign in with Apple as our authentication method. When you sign in with Apple, you can choose to share or hide your email address. If you choose to hide your email, Apple provides a unique relay email address that forwards messages to your real email. We respect your choice and only use the information Apple provides to us with your consent.

We store the unique user identifier provided by Apple to associate your account data. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account and fitness data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

On-device data, including cached workout information, is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign-In: For user authentication, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• TensorFlow Lite (on-device): For body pose detection. This runs entirely on your device and does not transmit any data externally.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data from our servers within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this by:

• Going to Settings within the App and tapping "Delete Account"
• Sending a deletion request to contact@nulsion.com

Upon deletion, all your personal data, fitness history, and account information will be permanently removed from our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
